- I've never held a real gun in my life. I have know idea how to actually
use one, this draws from what I've seen on the telly and in pictures.
And
I'm not promoting violence, but you're all smart enough to know that.
And if
you aren't, see Dagney, she's a psychiatrist who swears she isn't.
Giggle.

Willow's Got a Gun: Prologue
She held the object with shaking fingers. The metal was cool and smooth
in
her hands. She turned it over and over, the heaviness surprising her.
She
had always assumed them light. But no, it was heavy. A weapon. She
could
feel the death in the palms of her hands.
She almost lost her nerve. But remembered. Everything. The lies. The
deceit.
The hatred clouding the love.
The gun cocked. She raised it slowly, her eyes closed. She took a deep
breath and opened them again.
"No."
The voice meant nothing to her.
"Luv..."
Two figures moved in front of her. Both of them speaking. One she loved,
one
she felt nothing but neutral for.
She wavered slightly. Aimed.
Eyes wide with surprise stared at her.
She could hear two hearts beat. The pounding pulsing through the darkness.
A shot. The flash and the deafening sound sent her off balance.
She heard a strangled cry and a body falling to the ground.
The gun fell to the ground.
She rose carefully, looking around.
Only two were left standing.
