mine.
Author’s notes:
1. Sequel to ‘The Perfect Bait’ and ‘Vamp Ignorance’.
2. Haven’t seen any of season
4 or the end of season 3. So am writing from
what I’ve heard. In other
words, I might just be writing a whole of stuff
that don’t make sense.
So if it don’t, tell me.
3. This is set in fourth
season but I’m still assuming that Spike’s living
in between Giles and Xander’s.
4. I think that’s all?
Summary: Willow and Spike spend time alone.
Dedication: I forgot to
put in my dedication for ‘Vamp Ignorance’. But I
remembered this time. Yeah!
Me.
This is for the lovely

without your glorious encouragement. :)
***************************
A little voice in the back
of Spike’s head was giving him a bloody headache.
It was calling him extremely
rude words like ego tripper and other bad
words.
With a slightly bowed head,
the vampire noisily slurped his cup of blood
through a straw.
Grumpily, he tried to repress
the unmistakable sounds of moaning coming from
the basement.
With a scowl, he turned on the television and blasted the volume to max.
“Bloody hell,” he thought.
What Xander and Anya were doing
right now was not what they were meant to be
doing.
They were suppose to be ‘keeping
an eye on the... ‘, had Red really called
him an idiot.
It was getting rather boring without Red around.
He stared at a photograph standing
on a nearby table, it was a picture of
Giles, Buffy, Xander, Anya
and Willow.
They all were smiling with
happy expressions on their faces. Even Anya
couldn’t help smiling faintly.
With a sad sigh, he stared
down at the hacker. His gaze intensely studying
every little detail of her
small form.
Spike ignored the jealous feeling
in the pit of his stomach as he saw the
obvious affection Willow had
for the others in the photo.
Especially the slayer and boy.
With a fierce growl, he threw the picture frame across the room.

Willow cautiously looked around the darkened alley.
Before walking quickly towards the witch craft shop.
A movement in the shadows, made her turn and look. She didn’t see anything.
Pushing down the panicked feeling
building, she rushed towards the door of
the shop.
With a hurried look around her, she rushed into the shop.
Willow sighed with relief.
That was close. She was sure, there was someone
out there. Following her.
Feeling her heart resume it’s normal rate, she looked around the shop.
After leaving Giles’, she had
wandered aimlessly and further down town than
usual.
She’d felt a sort of pull towards
the alley. The redhead had felt the urge
to follow.
Upon seeing the shop, she’d
felt impulsive and had the desire to explore the
new shop.
The materials in the shop were slightly darker than her usual magic.
They were for darker black magic.
She wandered over to a shelf with ingredients for spells.
She opened the pots, which
contained the ingredients to study and sift
through them.
Willow had become so absorbed
in the intoxicating smell of the items, that
she’d hadn’t been aware of
the sudden appearance of someone through the
beaded doorway behind the
glass counter.
The redhead gave a start as someone spoke.
“Hello, my pretty. I knew you would come.”
Willow felt the hairs on her
back stand on their ends as she shivered at the
eerily, creepy voice.
Slowly turning around, she
couldn’t see anything of the person in the
shadows of the shop.
The dimly lit lamps on tables
around the room, gave little light to the
shop.
“What?” She whispered, slightly confused.
“You could not resist my call. No one can. You aren’t the first.”
Willow straightened as a deep sense of alarm chilled the blood in her veins.
Then the anonymous person stepped into the light.
Willow’s eyes grew huge in
horror. Adding to the now revealed thing’s
pleasure.
The small ceramic pot shattered
on the floor as she dropped it in terror,
it’s contents scattering all
over the tile floor at her feet.
The creature’s maniac laughter
filled the shop as Willow let out an ear
piercing and blood curdling
scream.
***************
Spike suddenly shot forward.
Breathing heavily. His chest felt tight and an
unsettling feeling ran through
his body.
A sense of foreboding, made his body tense.
His nostrils flared as he snarled, “something’s wrong. I can feel it.”

Okie dokie, I’m done. Whatcha think? Should I continue?
Yes, indeed I am on a caffeine high. ;)
