Willow stopped when she entered the crypt
to find Spike sleeping
peacefully,
stretched out in the bed they had shared the past four days. Still
around
his neck, sat the silver bow that had first enpowered her around him.
The
things he did to her.
She stepped over to lightly place a kiss on his lips.
Spike opened his eyes slowly.
"Mmm. You're back. What time is it?"
Willow sat on the edge of the bed. "Almost ten o'clock."
"You've been gone six hours? Did something go wrong?"
"No." A small smile crossed her face. "No.
It was perfect. She was
asleep. I
trashed all but two outfits. Not the prettiest ones either."
Spike nodded, very pleased. He stared at
her expression. "That's not
all, is
it?"
She glowed. "No. I was leaving and I looked
over and her hair just
looked so
perfect, long and blonde. I couldn't resist..."
"You cut her hair?" He was surprised at her evilness.
"Not so much cut as hack." Willow grinned. "You proud?"
Spike was overwhelmed by desire for her. "Am I..."

Let her
know what she had to do, and she did it. He knew that if the Slayer
caught
him, he'd be dust in seconds, but watching the innocent redhead turn
bad was
just too appealing. It'd be a worthy demise, he figured.
For someone unfamiliar with creating trouble
over causing it, Willow
moved
quickly, easily. She glided around streetlights, avoiding anyone that
might
recognize her and lead the Slayer to her. She knew where she was going
and
what she was going to do when she got there.
The window wasn't hard to open. Her and
Xander used to sneak in the
basement
that way when they were kids. She just had to snap the lock and slide
through, then jump from the waiting stool to the floor.
Spike watched her break and enter the house, gleaming with pride.
Willow glanced around the dark basement.
Xander was asleep. She smiled,
walking towards him slowly...
